HOSA members participated in competitive events and workshops during their second day in Houston. Some members participated in the Go Baby Go event, where they built toy rides on cars that were accessible for children with disabilities. Most members participated in community awareness, health education, public health, public service announcements, CPR, and more!
Scituate HOSA students arrived in Houston this week to participate in the HOSA International Leadership Conference! The first day of the conference offered opportunities to visit the expo, donate blood, network with other future health professionals, and trade pins! Hailey Horne received a scholarship from one of the many HOSA sponsors! During the opening session, students listened to a keynote speech by Dr. Rayne Rouce.
